• Your personal information is never sold or shared outside of Happy Dayz Hair Salon. Only your service provider, salon owners, and necessary employees with traceable logins have access to your information, including booking history, credit card details, and health history.
• Your personal information, including but not limited to appointment history, payment details, and health concerns, will be securely stored in our salon database. It will not be misused or shared outside of the salon.
• Your contact information is required to enable the salon to communicate appointment details, reminders, product and marketing initiatives, and business announcements.

These policies are in place to respect your appointment reservations and the other clients at Happy Dayz Hair Salon. These policies are enforced 100% of the time, without exception. Please read all of these policies, as some or all of them may affect you.

Card on File: In order to schedule an appointment reservation, you may be required to have a credit card on file with your stylist. Your information is stored securely with the credit card processor, and we do not have access to view your credit card information. Your card on file will only be charged if you do not provide adequate notice to cancel or reschedule.

Booking: All chemical services require a consultation and a $25 non-refundable deposit. Wedding parties require a $50 non-refundable deposit.

You will receive a link to pay the deposit before the appointment is confirmed.

Cancellation/Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment reservation so that we have adequate time to rebook the space. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, you will be required to pay 50% of the scheduled services. The more notice given, the better.

No Shows:

In the event that you miss an appointment reservation or fail to notify the Salon or your Stylist at least two hours prior to your appointment, you will be required to pay the full cost of the scheduled services.

If you arrive late to your appointment and the service cannot be performed within the remaining time, it will be considered a “no show,” and you will be required to pay the full cost of the scheduled services.

Illness:

If you are unwell, you must reschedule your appointment. If you attend your appointment and appear to be unwell, you will be denied service and required to reschedule. Please provide as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment due to illness so that I have adequate time to rebook the space. Please refer to late and or no show as same apply. 

Respect:

Every guest that enters Happy Dayz Hair Salon is treated equally. Please ensure that you treat everyone with respect when you enter the salon.
