Whether it's tousled, touch-me waves, a swoon-worthy updo, or dainty floral embellishments, a romantic wedding hairstyle can be created in seemingly endless ways.
At least 8 months prior to the wedding. Make sure you have an idea of the color you’d like to be for your big day. Work with your hairdresser to space out appointments and get your hair to the color you desire.
I would recommended a time buffer of 2-3 weeks when applying hair color or getting your haircut before your wedding day, this leaves enough time for colors to settle and time for your haircut to soften to make sure it is exactly what you want for your big day.
Regular hair cuts are crucial, your going to be in the spotlight all day and those yucky dry ends will stand out. If you feel like your hair isnt long enough theres always extensions and youd be surprised how many brides use them!!
Avoid cheap shampoos that build up residue on your hair as this can also lead to your hair looking dull, your color fading fast and split ends.
It’s completely up to you! I do both offsite and onsite weddings, so if you have a preference, do whatever is going to make your day easier. I do however have offsite fees and 3 person minimum.
I cannot stress enough how important it is to schedule trial appointment. During this reservation you can try a couple different options for your hair and discover what’s achievable and what will help you look and feel your best. Many brides like to make sure this appointment is scheduled 2-4 weeks before their wedding, this way they have a more clear and concise picture in their mind for their big day.
This is a question I get a lot! Unfortunately the answer is no: by law, no hair or makeup services may be performed by anyone except licensed cosmetologists, on the premises. To stay safe we recommend just leaving it to the professionals!
